Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

DIGITAL GOODS - Purchased pattern file(s) can be downloaded by either selecting the "download" button that appears on the checkout screen after your order has been processed OR select the download link(s) that is sent to the email address entered at checkout.

PHYSICAL GOODS - Printed pattern and/or Fineline Glue Tip orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for domestic orders and 10 - 14 business days for international orders*.

*Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.

RETURN POLICY:

All digital product sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Pen + Paper Patterns does not accept order cancellations once payment has been received and accepted.

For all other goods, a refund request can be made within 15 days of purchase by emailing us at penandpaperpatterns@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your request. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
